."We met as strangers and we left as friends! My fiancée and I initially booked ONE tour with Lisa, and then the rest with bus tours. After that first tour with Lisa, we liked it so much we immediately cancelled our bus tours and booked more tours with her." (B.R. Canada)
"My visit to Iceland in November 2015 was one of the more memorable trips of my life. I had heard about the beautiful natural wonder of Iceland and wanted to hike the countryside but none of the group tours would entertain my request since Winter season had begun. I decided to search for a private tour service and stumbled upon the glowing testimonials here on TripAdvisor of Lisa Day Tours Iceland, and I'm glad I did." (H.I. Malaysia)
"Not only does Lisa really know the country, she provides so much added value with her knowledge of Icelandic folklore, history, and traditions. We asked her for her suggestions for three day trips in the countryside as well as one tour around Reykjavik to get a sense of the city, and then did all of them with her. Thanks to Lisa, we had a great time on every day trip, saw amazingly beautiful areas of the country (and yet still so much more to see) but avoided the crowds, learned a little of history and folklore (still so much more to learn), and felt as if we came away knowing more about this incredible country." (R.W. USA)
"We spent a great day with Lisa exploring the Icelandic countryside. She was incredibly reliable, punctual, friendly, warm and informative! The perfect guide!" (D.F. USA)
"Lisa of Lisa Day Tours is wonderful and goes out of her way to make your experience in magical Iceland the best it can be." (L.K. California)
"We would never have had a chance to try most of these things except for this experience...a home cooked dinner in Iceland! We were treated like family by everyone present and had an evening full of interesting discussions and laughter..." (B.P. USA)
